Dr. Vikas Maurya

Dr. Vikas Maurya is a practicing Pulmonologist with over 14 years of clinical and surgical experience. He is currently associated with Fortis Hospital Shalimar Bagh. His area of special interest lies in Allergy & Sleep Disorders. Dr. Vikas Maurya has done MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College, MD in Pulmonary Medicine from V P Chest Institute Delhi followed by European Diploma in Intensive Care from Chelsea Hospital London. Further, he pursued FNB in Critical Care Medicine from SGRH Delhi. He has also undertaken an advanced fellowship program from the College of Chest Physicians USA. Dr. Vikas Maurya has been an active member of various organizations including European Respiratory Society, Society of Critical Care Medicine USA, European Society of Intensive Care Medicine, Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists and Indian Medical Association – Karol Bagh Branch. Dr. Vikas Maurya has won second prize in ‘Free Paper Award’ section by NAPCON in 2004. He also won first prize in ‘Critical Care Quiz’ at Chest Summit held in Delhi – 2004. He has previously worked at BLK Super Speciality Hospital New Delhi and Max Super Speciality Hospital Saket.
